The top of my bucketlist!
"Well, after over three months overseas, I am slowly settling back home in Perth and gradually coming down from the highs of our Tanzania Safari!
As I don't do social media, and whilst it is all still fresh and ready in my mind, I just wanted to email you to express how excellent and enjoyable it all was, and how wonderful Marco and his crew were; certainly they were at the base of all we saw and encountered and their cheerful commitment, knowledge, engaging personalities and driving skills made every day another adventure and sure to be fun! After spending my younger years in Tanzania and Kenya and never having had the opportunity to see the Ngorongoro Crater or Serengeti, they were top of my bucketlist, a family commitment that did not disappoint. The effort and wonderful team work between Jan and Jeremy, Marco and the AATz team all led to an unforgettable and amazing 13 day experience, forever etched in my memory.

"We can't explain how exciting it is when you see your first African wildlife, you never get sick of it and we saw them all. Our guide Marco made our trip very special, he was amazing at finding wildlife, knowledgable and great company. One morning ,we were the only truck on the road in the Ngorongoro Crater in the middle of a lion hunt against a herd of buffalo which was happening right next to us. Amazing.
All Around Tanzania organised everything perfectly. The accommodation was fantastic, the food was fantastic and the village vistis added variety to the safari.
We ended the trip with a relaxing few days in Zanzibar.

Some of the best sights the world has to offer
"Wendy, Jack and myself had an amazing month-long trip of a lifetime to Africa to see some of the best sights the world has to offer. Our trip was organised beautifully by Chris and Fiona in Australia and carried out by an awesome group of people on the ground. Our guides on the safari, Marco and Isaac were so knowledgeable of the animals and the parks we visited, seeing all the animals up close and staying in some amazing accommodation. We were still chasing lions and cheetah half an hour before our plane took off from the Serengeti. Our Kilimanjaro climb was also a lifetime experience because of Kilimanjaro Experts and their guides Thomas and Hiary, along with a hilarious group of porters to keep us happy and fed. I seriously wouldn't have made the top without their knowledge and support. So, all in all, we had a great experience with All Around Tanzania. Job well done everyone! "

Guides make the difference! Choose well (as we did)
All Around Tanzania provided the trip of a lifetime for us! It seems most folk that travel to Africa love the experience. I noticed some folk rate their trip ‘Excellent’ though usually add in a few irritations .
Our trip sailed smooth throughout. From the bespoke planning to the unhurried ability to share deep Africa with charm and great company.We chose to mix up our accommodation with luxury lodges, basic tour tenting and in between mobile camps. All of them truly amazing and providing the kind of diversity and authenticity we sought.
The heading of this feedback naturally points to our guide’s ability to spot a rhino at 3 km, intuitively know where a lioness and four cubs were heading, when to leave a ‘hard to see ‘ cheetah and find a resplendent alternative cheetah only 5 minutes away. Many other instance abounded where Marco (Nada) seemed to buck the trend (and the pack) to provide a deeper, kinder and eye popping experience. Loved it
Words simply cannot describe the magic you will see in the Serengeti!
An unbelievably huge herd of Buffalos that went farther than the eye could see, herds of Elephants playing in the watering hole, lions getting ready for a hunt. thank you for making this one of the most incredible parts of our trip, it is definitely one we will remember forever, and we still talk about how amazing our experiences were,all thanks to All Around Tanzania Safaris Ltd. Marco made us feel like we were at home, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. His quirky personality and compassionate heart made us never want to leave. Marco is so passionate about the animals in his country, and it shows. His pride in having a sustainable tourism industry truly shows through his work ethic.

Experience of a lifetime!
My safari with All Around Tanzania Safaris was without a doubt one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The booking and communication leading up to our safari was second to none. All our queries and requests were met with enthusiasm, and nothing was too much trouble for the team at AATz! We were so well looked after from the moment we arrived in Arusha. After a lovely stay in the tropical setting of our hotel we set off in the morning to much excitement and anticipation of what lie ahead. We visited Lake Manyara, were we had our first pinch yourself moment with the aww inspiring site of a magnificent elephant that came wandering out from behind some trees and walked along the road before deciding to disappear as quietly as he came back into the bush. We camped in the Serengeti National Park where we fell asleep to the surreal sounds of lions in the distance singing us a lullaby. The drive down into Ngorongoro Crater is a site to behold as we reached the bottom we were met with a sun shower, the light and incredible 360 degree views of the crater rim and the animals made you feel like you were in some kind of Utopia.. which we were! Of course this is a but a snippet of
what we encountered over 4 days of our safari, seeing all these wild animals in their natural habitat is one experience I think everybody should enjoy at least once in their life! Our driver and guide always went above and beyond to make us have the most wonderful experience possible, we always felt safe and secure and with his years as a safari driver/guide and the love and passion he has for his country and all that resides in it means he has so much knowledge about anything and everything, he answered any questions we had and had lots of interesting facts and stories to tell. We did a camping safari, one night in a campsite on the Serengeti and the other nights in the companies campsite in Karatu, all the tents were set up for us in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees and gardens. The campsite has fantastic facilities, which includes the best hot shower in Africa! A huge big eating area which includes a bar for your choice of a sundowner drink after a long day on safari! We also had a lovely cook who whipped us up all our meals which were all tasty and delicious.Also knowing that part of the cost of the safari go towards giving back to the local community through education is a big plus for me! I would highly recommend booking your safari with All Around Tanzania Safaris for an unforgettable and truly life changing experience, you will not be disappointed... for me there is no other!! I can not wait for my next safari adventure with All Around Tanzania Safaris..!
An unforgettable experience!
Our safari with All Around Tanzania Safaris was the most amazing experience. From the time we booked our safari we were able to communicate with the team, who answered any questions we had. Our driver/guide was ready waiting for us when we arrived in Arusha and made sure we we had everything we needed. He helped us to check into our hotel, the night prior to our safari, and provided us with lots of info about our upcoming adventure. Throughout the safari, our driver was friendly and lots of fun. He was extremely knowledgeable and as well as witnessing the breathtaking Serengeti and all it has to offer, we learned so much about the wildlife and the culture of this area. The food was awesome and plentiful and our cook could not have been nicer. Our safari was a camping safari, where we slept in tents, both on the Serengeti and in some campsites. The facilities were fantastic and we were always made to feel very comfortable. Knowing that some of the money I paid for my safari, goes toward educating local children, was a huge attraction for me to this company. I would highly recommend booking a safari with 'All Around Tanzania Safaris'.

Well organised, friendly, great local knowledge, custom tours, value for money
Our All Around Tanzania safari with our group of 6 was a fantastic experience. We saw a huge amount of animals and bird life, much of which was quite close up. Marco, our driver/guide, looked after us very professionally all during our 10 day safari. Before starting he took us to a reputable currency exchange, organised a local SIM card if required, purchased a heap of bottled water and made sure we had everything we needed.
Our custom safari included Tarangire NP, Lake Mangara NP, Ngorongoro Crater NP and an extensive coverage of the Serengetti NP. Our safari was more than just animals and birds – it included a town tour of Arusha, visits to a Masai village, bushmens camp, orphanage, school and Olduvai Gorge (the birth of mankind). Throughout, Marco’s knowledge of the flora and fauna was excellent and he displayed an incredible enthusiasm and patience taking us around the parks and answering our questions. All the accomodation was excellent and the safari camps have excellent ensuite tents with hot showers, flush toilets and comfortable beds. The food was excellent and more than we could eat. Also couldn't forget great beers! Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful. Everyone in our group had a great time, really enjoyed the experience and thought it was great value. I highly recommend All Around Tanzania Safaris!
